It’s a large development that needed three cleans: builders’ cleans, re-cleans, and sparkle cleans. All three involved internal and external cleaning.

Furn Hill, Farnborough

Four comprehensive builders’ cleans were needed at this residential development of 66 homes.

Wimbledon Station

This project involved comprehensive cleaning to the station’s signage, pillars and posts on all platforms (excluding underground platforms). It included signage on the bridge areas.

Our teams of specialist cleaners worked on the windows, frames, and ledges in the booking areas. This included high-level cleaning from a tower.

This special cleaning project involved washing the areas behind lifts up to a height of six feet.

A mechanical floor machine was used to remove dirt and to sanitise the floor areas. We used a high-powered pressure spray to remove dirt and unpleasant smells, applying disinfectant to sanitise areas.

Surbiton Station

This was a similar project. Work involved removal of chewing gum, chemical deep cleaning and sealing to ticket hall and access area to lifts, cleaning of tiled walls, windows in access area, and glazed doors.

Work was carried out after 11pm to minimise disruption.

Worcester Park Station

Our contract cleaning services were called on to clean the station ticketing hall. This included removing rubbish, chewing gum, dirt, and marks from the floor area, We used a machine scrub with surface cleaner, and applied two coats of polish.

We cleaned windows, frames and fittings internally and the external entrance glazing at ground level. Internal doors, including tops, were wiped down and polished with wax free polish.
